Transbetxí, a race with a difference

Since 1989, Betxí has been hosting Transbetxí, a race with a difference: the participants compete in converted agricultural equipment. The event is organised by Federación de Motociclismo de la Comunitat Valenciana so you can be sure of professional planning. The course is a pretty one, snaking through trails and tracks in and around Betxí. Straddling sports and entertainment, the event is a great way to have fun with your mates. Each team has two drivers steering the small but powerful devices that have been converted to be able to take part in the race. It’s really quite a sight. Do you fancy seeing it in the flesh?
