DigiEduHack and the challenges of digital education
Taking stock of the COVID-19 pandemic, which showed the importance of digital skills, the Commission launched a digital skill initiative targeted to the youth – the annual Digital Education Hackathon event.
The 2023 Digital Education Hackathon is the initiative’s third edition, which was set in the Digital Education Action Plan (2021-2027) of the Commission, which found that digital literacy and skills are essential for a digitalised society.
